These courses are designed as gentle companions : something to walk alongside you as you learn more about your body, your boundaries, and your capacity for comfort. Rather than lessons to master, they’re offerings you can return to as often as you need, moving at your own pace. Each course emphasizes choice, attunement, and self-trust, creating room for curiosity, steadiness, and ease. This catalog is here for slow learning, quiet moments, and practices that support you in feeling more settled and supported in everyday life a steps to build upon. Nothing is wrong. You are allowed to go slowly.

Let's talk learning safety in the body! This course is a foundation in nervous system awareness. It invites you to explore what safety feels like in your body - not as an idea, but as a lived experience. Through gentle practices and reflection, you’ll begin to recognize your own cues of calm, protection, and grounding.
THE ART OF YES - going beyond words
Consent is a living practice and a love language. It is more than an agreement; it’s an ongoing relationship with yourself and others. This course explores consent as something you feel, notice, and return to moment by moment. Here, we will feel the space between yes and no.


SETTLING IN - calm yo'self
Guidance through the principles of calming emotional overload with choice-based touch self-soothing methods. System regulation becomes an all by myself journey. Think of it as holding the hand that feeds you : your own. ICYDNK : This course offers non-sexual, self-led touch practices designed to support emotional regulation, overstimulation, and nervous system settling as a whole self experience always guided by choice and curiosity.
NOTHING TO PROVE - lose your mask
Connection doesn’t have to cost you your sense of self. This learning space explores how to stay embodied, grounded, and honest while being with others without the burden of people-pleasing, fixing, or disappearing. You’ll learn to recognize when connection feels nourishing versus draining, and how boundaries can function as acts of care rather than rejection. It's connection without performance and learning to be around others without abandoning yourself.
RETURN TO SENDER - daily integration
Healing doesn’t happen all at once. This course supports embodied integration - helping the work you’ve explored settle gently into daily life. You’ll learn techniques for repair, rest, and return, how to meet yourself with compassion when old patterns resurface and how to build practices that actually fit your real life.
OPTIONAL ADD-ON LIBRARY
THE BODY WISDOM LIBRARY
The Body Wisdom Library is a single, optional learning space for those who feel ready to listen more closely to their body’s signals, internal choices, and sense of inner authority. It offers gentle, contemplative lessons designed to support deeper self-trust, without pressure, urgency, or expectation. This add-on is never required and can be explored at any time, or not at all. Listening to your timing is part of the practice. Let's explore self-led, non-sexual touch as a choice rather than a reflex together!
